Newsevents Parts Unlimited Welcomes New Northwest Regional Sales Rep, Tim Schuh P arts Unlimited is proud to announce the addition of Tim Schuh as a new Northwest (Wyoming/Montana) Sales Representative. Schuh joins us from Sturgis Motorsports and has worked as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation rider coach. Schuh has been street riding since high school and has put in some serious road time, including a trip to Inuvik in the Northwest Territories above the Arctic Circle. He now spends his free time dual-sport riding, rock climbing and playing the drums. Welcome to the team, Tim. T Tim Schuh MIC Name Rick Alcon to Dealer Advisory Board he Motorcycle Industry Council added another colleague to its new eight-member MIC Dealer Advisory Council with the addition of Rick Alcon, owner of R&S Powersports Group in Albuquerque, NM. Intended to represent the needs and interests of new dealer members, the council was implemented with the MIC's decision to include dealers in its membership for the first time since 1974. To date, 252 dealers in 41 states and representing 176 out of 436 congressional districts have joined the MIC. In addition to supporting these new dealer members, the newly formed dealer council will advise the Board and Aftermarket Committee, while the Board will direct Dealer/Retailer dues revenue to market expansion, training and education, public policy and government relations activities. R&S Powersports Group has three locations in Albuquerque. Alcon started R&S with one brand almost 30 years ago and has grown the business significantly since. Today, R&S carries seven brands and maintains a healthy online business. The MIC Dealer Advisory Council currently includes Jerry Lenz, GM of Beaverton Motorcycles in Tigard, OR; Rick Rizzon, owner of Rizzon Cycle in Middlesex, NJ; Kim Harrison, GM of Coleman Powersports in Woodbridge, VA; Jim Foster, owner of Killeen Powersports in Killeen, TX; Bob Althoff, owner of A.D. Farrow Co. in Columbus, OH; and Sandy Stroope, owner of Boat World Honda Polaris in Harrison, AR.
